Represented India at the Asian Games & World Championships as a Goal keeper of the Indian Hockey Team in addition to having provided medical cover to Indian teams in 2 Olympics, 4 Asian Games and varied World Cups. One of India’s most memorable sporting performances came in the year 1997 when Lt. Gen. Cruze headed the scientific team tasked to provide sport performance analysis to India’s first World Cup Silver Medal Winning Junior Hockey team and subsequently the Asian Games Gold Medal in 1998 at Bangkok. An avid mountaineer he was also part of the first ever ascent of the Kanchenjunga Summit in 1977.

An MBBS from AFMC and MD Training in Sports Medicine from the University of Heidelberg, Germany in 1983 he was tasked to replicate the German model of Sports Medicine at Pune which has over the last decade done pioneering work in producing young athletes who have gone on to perform admirably at National and International level competitions in varied sport disciplines. Lt. Gen Cruze in his last stint served as Deputy Chief of the Integrated Defence Staff (Medical).


With over 30 years of hands on experience in handling the entire gamut of sport operations within the Indian Army, Brig. Raja has had the opportunity to set up, develop and flourish grassroots sport and physical education programmes within the country.

Former Secretary General of the Indian Boxing Federation, Brig. Raja was been instrumental in establishing a highly successful Sport Federation in a country where Olympic medals can be counted on finger tips. Brig. Raja has officiated as a Technical Official in the Athens Olympics , 3 Asian Games, 2 Commonwealth Games and number of World Championships.

In his last assignment as the Chef De Mission to the Indian Contingent at the London Olympics 2012 he was instrumental in leading and managing India’s largest and most successful ever contingent at an Olympics. An Alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Pune he has also completed his MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.


A revered MBBS doctor and MD in Sports Medicine with over 17 years of hands on experience in managing wide areas of responsibilities related to Injury Management and Dope Control in a variety of Olympic Sports.

Dr. Soodan has represented India and provided Medical Support at various reputed International Championships and Multi Sporting Events in different capacities i.e. Team Doctor, Dope Control Official, International Technical Official etc.

A student of the game, Dr. Soodan is herself a state medalist in Judo. She also has the distinction of having received the best student award from the world renowned Semmelweiss University, Hungary post completion of one their signature courses in Sports Conditioning. She was recommended for the course specifically by the International Olympic Committee


With over 35 years of experience in having handled Physical Education at Grass Roots levels through one of the biggest and most disciplined organizations in the world – the “Indian Army”.

Col. RB Singh is an acclaimed National Level Boxer with distinction of having been a 3 time state champion from Haryana which considered to be the toughest pool for boxing in the country. He also has the pedigree of having been a Boxing blue during his school days with the esteemed Bangalore Military School .

One of the very few officers to have completed the rigorous and hugely respected certificate course in coaching from the National Institute of Sports, Patiala, Col. Singh has had widespread exposure in having handled National and International Sporting assignments.
